Hayden came by yesterday and was right on time to sell us on TriGuard. We’ve been needing pest control for ants, spiders, rodents, and moles for years now. Great team! Sean and Max did a very thorough and thoughtful plant-based treatment for insects, spiders, mosquitoes, and rodents. I appreciated their attention to detail and checking in with me to make sure they hit all the trouble spots. They were careful not to drip on my windows. So glad to have their help as the house has been vacant and it’s time for critters to move out.

Bryden came to my house, to spray for bugs and especially wasps. TriGuard has been great so far. The wasps are almost nonexistent, and we had a huge problem with them. They were fast an efficient i plan on using them again the only thing that i wasnt to happy with is that they didnt close the gates good which i didnt notice after they left and my dogs got out but for the future i will just mention it better. Belief, from TriGuard Pest Control, provided wonderful service to my home today. He arrived same day AND 15 minutes earlier than the quoted arrival time. He quickly went over of the process, asked if I had any concerns, and answered all my questions. All four exterior walls were treated, cracks in the concrete were touched, an old wasp nest was hit (just to be sure!), and bait boxes were laid. Overall, it took *maybe* 30 minutes from arrival to farewell. As I said, wonderful service.

TriGuard Pest Control was recently canvassing in our new neighborhood (been here three months), and Maycie visited to offer their services at a neighborhood discount. She also explained why they were in our neighborhood (ants, spiders, snails, mice--yikes!), and that they already had multi-year customers in our area. She also explained the environmentally-friendly pest controls they employ, which appeals to us, with all the wildlife in the area (deer, rabbits, lots of birds). We contracted for their service, and the initial visit was the very next day, when Mayrnn arrived. The service is thoroughly explained, carefully planned and a very reasonable price. As we had seen a few pests, we went with the service, to prevent worse problems through the year. I am very pleased with the service this far, everyone we've dealt with friendly, courteous and professional. Yesterday was my first experience with Tri Guard so I don’t have much to say other than Grant, the technician, appeared to know his job and do it well. He was very courteous and asked if there was anything he might have missed that was agreed upon. Previous to the appointment, I had contacted David after reading reviews and needed some confirmation on our agreement. He answered my questions satisfactory and I’m hoping for a long-term positive relationship.The above post was from a year ago, which was my first experience with TriGuard Pest Control. Yesterday 5-16-25, Nate, the technician, did the service and I was very pleased. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative regarding what he observed around my house, out buildings and crawlspace. His best piece of advice was, if you see a spider don’t step on it as this time of the year as they are pregnant and all the babies will scatter.

Yesterday, I noticed ants 🐜 in my foyer near the stairs. I called TriGuard explained my discovery to them, and right away I was given a window time of when someone would be out the next day. During the first hour of that window time frame, Scott arrived at my home and took care of my problem with those unwanted ants 🐜. Scott treated not only the inside of my home, but the outside as well. Service with a smile 😊 Other pests controls knocks on my door trying to get me to do business with them; but when you have been doing business with a reliable company like I have I just tell those other companies that I am completely satisfied with TriGuard.
We are new to the area so glad to know what to expect and explore solutions. The TriGuard Team put together a treatment plan and started right away. Now we are all set to enjoy our new home.
