I recently discovered that moths were damaging my carpet, which was quite surprising since I’ve had this wool rug for 40 years without any issues. Fortunately, the areas affected are under my dining room table, so they weren't obvious. I took proactive steps by putting down moth traps and contacting a pest control service. They promptly sent a technician who applied a treatment and used mothballs effectively.I also learned about the moths’ reproduction habits, which prompted me to vacuum under the rug, where I found some eggs. This experience has underscored the importance of addressing any signs of infestation immediately. I’m glad I sought help quickly, and I was pleased with the service I received. The technician, Jarden, was skilled but incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. It was reassuring to have such a positive experience while tackling this issue. Triguard has protected me for ten years! I feel safe that I'm being taken care of for all infestations.

Interestingly, after my initial contact, Conner was able to talk kindly earnestly and with deep concern of the value I would receive. Then came the technician (Jacob) who did an outstanding job with kindness and compassion on what he performed today and what I would be anticipate in the next 12 months. Go TriGuard!!!Today Damian came out for the initial follow up and boy oh boy, he did a bang up job. This was the first initial service with Tri guard pest control and they definitely will be my company of choice for regular maintenance. Jesse showed up right on time was very polite after I told him my concerns he got right to work. From outdoors even to a concern I had in my kitchen.
Everything was very professional and the job was exactly as advertised. Our technician was on time and explained what he was doing and did everything he had outlined for us. I was also told to call if we didn't see the results we wanted and they would return to make sure everything was satisfactory. All in all a great experience.

A couple of years ago, my was invaded by rats and mice until TriGuard started came around. I haven't seen any evidence of rats and mice. During summer I still have some spiders in the yard. They seem to be a migratory critter. A few days after treatment they appear again in a different spot in the yard. I keep a can of spray on my back and front porch. Fortunately, I don't find too many in the house. I definatly plan to keep TriGuard.

Andy did a thorough pest removal on my house. I had active and persistent hornet areas around my house. since his treatment my yard had been hornet and wasp free. He also did a thorough sweep of my crawl space and didn’t complain about my tight closet to enter crawl space. he removed his shoes to walk through my house. He was professional and very friendly.
